Intake form on your site collects policy basics; the AI drafts a quote response, identifies likely carriers, surfaces relevant prior-claim red flags from uploaded docs, and produces a client-ready summary email.

Vyntelo™ is built and run by James Vernon, owner of Vernon Strategic Holdings LLC, a Western New York holding company operating across insurance, commercial real estate, property management, email infrastructure, and fabrication. James is a hands-on operator first and a self-taught developer second — he writes the code, runs the servers, and signs the leases, which is why the AI tools he builds are aimed at the parts of a service business he's actually worked inside of.
The infrastructure stack is his own: custom accounting software replacing QuickBooks across eight DBAs, an automated monthly newsletter platform delivering to nearly a thousand brokers, AI-assisted property-management software in production, and client websites running on servers in his own rack. Vyntelo is where that same approach gets applied to other people's businesses.
